It's based on a personal experience of being unable to leave the house during weeks.

You feel like you can't do things you used to do and just have an unhealthy routine. Every day.

This game feels like a never ending story, without any purpose or any sense.

There is no instruction, you just do whatever you can do, which is  in fact, not much.
